Our Squarespace Website 2 Week Design Process
I’m a small business owner and with that there is a lot to do! There is managing a team, contracts to be made, find a payment processor, policies and so much more. What I found is that I was spending more time managing my business then actually working and doing what I love.
After extensive googling and trying to find processes that helped with management that worked for everyone, my business and my clients. I found the 2 week process that Paige Brunton used to use and I believe she adopted the process from Elle & Co.
I implemented the process into our system with a bit of tweaks to accommodate my clients and it has been the best decision ever made. This 2 week design process allows me to focus primarily on one client at a time. I spend about 20-25hrs a week on one website design project with the other 5-8 hours to dedicate to managing my email marketing team and the last 3 hours dedicated to general business operation.
Here is a detailed list of how my website design process works.
