1. Grow your network of amazing women

Send a thank you to a women who inspires you. This can be a letter, direct mail, social media, etc. Simply reaching out to that boss lady will show the value in their work, displays your level of character and may result in a powerful connection.
Take your favorite boss lady out to lunch. Sharing your achievements with other females is liberating. You can feed off each other energy, boost your confidence and help each other grow by sharing ideas and feedback. Plus if you’re like me you had a few drink on the table too!
Put together a Women’s History Month meetup. This doesn’t have to extravagant - simply use programs out their like Meetup to host a gathering at a local bar. This is a fun way to celebrate and grow your network of other boss ladies you didn’t now.
2. Provide discounts to your female clients
As you know their is already a wage gap for us women. Therefore, offering a discount to your clients will help motivate and push your clients closer to their goals.
3. Research, Reflect and Respond
There is a plethora of information out there for us to learn from. Take this time to research women who are accomplished in your industry. Learn from their journeys and reflect on how they overcame some of the obstacles in their success. Then finally respond, take that knowledge and implement it into your personal growth and business.
